Happy Wednesday, all!
Today is the first day of February. February brings to mind a lot of different things: Valentine's Day (we do have a romance section, all!), President's Day, school vacation, and, of course, Black History Month! This month we're going to feature videos discussing the amazing contributions of Black authors to the literary world. This week's video is another one from the ever awesome Princess Weekes and the youtube series It's Lit. The video, "Literary Icons You NEED to Know From the Harlem Renaissance," discusses just a few of the amazing authors to come out of the Harlem Renaissance. Enjoy!
