So! While you are at home, you may be thinking, "what can I read?" If you are, then hooray, I have some answers for you!
- If you want to do a bit of non-fiction reading, consider going to our database page and going to the "World eBook" collection. You will need a login for that. If you already know the Worldbook or Culturegrams login, that's the login. If you don't, email me and I'll give you the login information!
- If you're looking for some fiction, or a book that isn't in the World eBook collection, it's time to use your friendly public library! While it is true that the libraries are closed, you can still access electronic books and electronic audio books! If you (or a family member) have a library card, that opens up a WORLD of possibilities for you! Go to CW Mars Overdrive and browse the huge collection of eBooks and eAudiobooks!
- If you're looking for a book which might be in the public domain (in other words, it's old and nobody has a copyright on it anymore), I have TWO suggestions! Suggestion #1: if you want to read the book, go to Project Gutenberg and browse or search their collection, it's HUGE! Suggestions #2: if you'd prefer an audiobook, go to Librivox. Be aware that those are read by amateurs and the quality differs, but it's great!
